Becket’s Oshkosh Wedding – Sarah & Zach

I first met Zach and Sarah for their engagement session HERE and we hit it off right away. Zach and Sarah are such fun, kind people to be around our time flew by! I was so excited to see these two get married. Unfortunately, like many others, they had to move their wedding that was originally scheduled for June, to a new date in August. But they both were very gracious about the added stresses in their wedding planning, and their new date in August dawned absolutely perfect!

Sarah spent the morning getting ready surrounded by her bridesmaids including her sisters, and mom at her parent’s home in Appleton. To my amazement the bride and her family arranged the flowers themselves, (aren’t they beautiful?!?). Zach and Sarah both love music so they had strains of classics music playing while Sarah walked down the aisle and they were married in front of the beautiful backdrop of the river. Their intimate ceremony and reception were filled with joy and the speeches confirmed what I already had discovered, these two make a really special couple. In addition to some portraits on the waterfront and in downtown Oshkosh we were able to sneak away from the reception for a bit for some gorgeous sunset photos down at Menominee Park in Oshkosh.

All in all it was a perfect day and I couldn’t be happier for you two!

A big thank you to Rachel Titel for assisting with photography!

Isn’t Sarah a stunning bride?? I would be perfectly content if every bride wore a gorgeously long veil like Sarah’s, which was made by a friend of hers.

Zach and Sarah gave all their guests packages of wildflower seeds as favors.

The cake plate used was extra special as it belonged to Sarah’s grandmother, who passed a few years ago.

The bride’s sister and maid-of-honor, Leah, hand painted a sign featuring all the types of cupcakes.
