Holiday Winter Elopement – Wisconsin Wedding Photographer – Mitch & Olivia
Mitch and Olivia have been friends since middle school, and then were high school sweethearts. Then, in June of this past year Mitch proposed to Olivia this past June at Carl Traeger Middle School where they first met! When Olivia first contacted me, she asked about my availability for New Year’s Eve 2021, but after she and Mitch talked more, they decided what was really wanted was an intimate wedding day with their immediate families. So when Olivia asked if I was available THIS New Year’s Eve instead, and I was, I was so excited!
Mitch and Olivia’s wedding on New Year’s Eve was the perfect winter day, mild, beautiful snow, sun peeking through the clouds and no wind! Mitch and Olivia shared a first look and we got to take portraits on Olivia’s grandmother’s property in Omro, before going over to the Gathering Space for their wedding ceremony. They got married in an adorable white chapel and celebrated afterwards with dinner with their families at Beckett’s in Oshkosh. I can’t think of a better way to end 2020 then celebrating these two committing their lives to one another; and I was so honored to be the one to capture it! Best wishes you two!!
